Qn:What is the minimum age requirement?
Ans:The minimum age is 18

Qn:Do you rent cars to P-plate driver?
Ans:Yes.

 Qn:Is deposit needed?
Ans:No.

Qn:What does the car rental rate cover?
Ans:Rates include rental of vechicle on a 24 hour usage.

Qn:Is insurance covered?
Ans:Yes.But if there is any claim,hirer has to pay the excess from $4k-$8k.The excess depends on your age and driving experience.

Qn:What if i need to extend the rental period?
Ans:The hirer will have to inform Motor Z Car Leasing immediately.

Qn:Can i drive the car to Malaysia?
Ans:Yes.There is an extra charge of $15 per day.

Qn:Do i need to refill the petrol tank?
Ans:The hirer should refill the petrol tank to the same level as when he/she collected the vehicle.

Qn:Is there any delivery or collection?
Ans:Yes.There is free delivery/collection for 3 days rental and above.There is an extra charge of $20 per trip if
rental is less than 3 days.

Qn:What if the vehicle is involved in an accident?
Ans:The hirer must report all accidents to Motor Z Car Leasing immediately.

Qn:What if the vehicle breaks down?
Ans:The hirer must report all vehicle breakdowns to Motor Z Car Leasing immediately.
This 24 hour Emergency Breakdown Service is provided free of charge to the hirer.
A replacement vehicle will be provided subject to availability.Please note that punctured tires,
empty petrol tank, flat battery, loss of car key,does not constitute a breakdown.In the event that
the 24 hour Emergency Breakdown Service is called upon to response to such occurrence,
the hirer shall bear a service charge of $40 per trip plus the cost of replacing the parts.

Qn:What if I receive a parking fine?
Ans:The hirer shall be responsible for all parking and traffic fines.

Qn:Is there any additional charges?
Ans:No.All our price listed is nett price with no additional cost.

Qn:Is there any additional charges for free  delivery/collection?
Ans:No.But there is a charge of $5 per trip if the location is inside CBD area and City area.This is to offset the ERP charges.

Qn:Do you provide p-plate or cashcard?
Ans:Yes.We do have p-plate and cashcard but pls inform us earlier so that we can prepare for you.

Qn:Do you rent for 1 day on weekends?
Ans:No.Our weekend package start from friday onwards.

Qn:Where do we collect/return the car?
Ans:There is several locations for you to collect/return the car.
-Yishun Mrt
-Simei Mrt
-Eunos Mrt
-Katong Plaza

Qn:How do i make payment?
Ans:You need to pay the full rental when you collect the car.We accept cash terms only.But if you are making advance booking,you can issue a cheque to us.Pls cross the cheque and write payable to "Motor Z Car Leasing".

 Qn:How do i make a booking?
Ans:You can call or sms to us to book the car.Pls state the date and model.We will reserve the car for you and we will call you on that day to remind you on your booking.

 Qn:Can i collect/return the car after 5pm?
Ans:Yes.But we do not provide free delivery and collection after 5pm.You need to self collect/return the car at Katong Plaza/Simei Mrt after 5pm.

Qn:What is the latest time i can return/collect the car?
Ans:The latest time is 6.30pm.For other arrangement pls contact Andy@91198308.

Qn:Is your office open on public holidays?
Ans:No.We are closed on public holidays.

Ans:You can call or sms us at this numbers to make a booking.
